I noticed these flowers when I had bent down to tie my shoe laces. Tiny little flowers were so close to ground that I would have otherwise missed them. Marathi Name is Asood or Junglee Ganja. 
Flowering is mentioned to be between August to October and I saw these in September. It is native of Indian subcontinent and some parts of China and can be found up to 2400 meters ASL.
